Summary: This proposal seeks to change the lane pattern at the intersections of Meadow & DeKoven at Brook Lane. The proposal as-submitted would have little or no impact on existing utilities & their right of ways, nor would it change pedestrian walkways. The proposal seeks to simply slow, not impede traffic through the area.  The proposal seeks to add green space, beautify the area and improve safety both for vehicles, pedestrians and our neighborhood's children.

The proposal has been presented to the city staff for review and has met with initial approval by staff and engineers reviewing the details. The proposal now stands presented to the Citizens Transportation Review Committee and is awaiting their action. Many residents support the proposal, about 15 neighbors in the area have also signed a petition to the city supporting the traffic change proposal.   More details and photos can be reviewed on this web page below...
